Primary duties include heat-welding seams, installing insulation, and ensuring all systems meet watertight specifications. Candidates should possess prior experience with flat-roof applications and proficiency with standard industry equipment.
coating installers
Responsible for applying protective liquid coating systems, such as silicone and acrylic, to extend the service life of existing roofs. This role involves surface preparation, including power washing and crack repair, as well as the operation of spray equipment for uniform application. Previous experience with spray rigs and knowledge of coating chemistry is preferred.
Service Technicians
This role focuses on the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of various roofing systems. Responsibilities include identifying the source of leaks, executing precise repairs, and providing clear communication to clients regarding necessary corrective actions. This position requires several years of roofing experience and strong troubleshooting skills across multiple roof types.
Sales/Estimator
Responsible for developing accurate project bids by calculating material costs and labor requirements for upcoming projects. Key duties include reviewing blueprints, conducting site assessments, and utilizing measurement software to generate comprehensive estimates. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of commercial roofing components.
